Bobby Keithel Mullins

Bobby Keithel Mullins, age 52, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2012, at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born in Grundy, Virginia and was the son of Lillian Johnson Mullins of Richlands, Virginia and the late Wesley Mullins. Bobby was a graduate of Iaeger High School in Iaeger, West Virginia. He was a retired coal miner and a former member of the National Guard. He was a park supervisor and a board member of the Tazewell County Sportsman Club. He also had a life membership with the North American Hunting Club. He was a lifelong resident of the area. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Levi and Vicie Mullins; paternal grandparents, Alva Mullins and Rachel Viers; and sister, Leshia Hagerman. He is survived by: His Mother, Lillian Johnson Mullins of Richlands, VA His Wife, Joyce Marie Mullins One Daughter: Shaunda Mullins of Honaker, Virginia One Son: William Cordill of Wytheville, Virginia Three Sisters: Charlotte Arrington and husband, Norman of Richlands, Virginia Vickie Mitchell and husband, Jim of Cedar Bluff, Virginia Deborah Smith and husband, Mark of Richlands, Virginia One Brother: Lowell Mullins and wife, Tammy of West Virginia Two Grandchildren, Blake Sage and Hunter Sage along with several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Bobby Keithel Mullins will be conducted, Wednesday October 24, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Doug Allen, Rev. Ellis Hagerman, Rev. Herman Day, and Rev. Delmar Somoskey officiating. Interment will follow at Mitchell Family Cemetery at Stinson Ridge near Jewell Ridge, Virginia. Pallbearers will be: Mark Smith, Rhudy Keith, James Harman, Jim Mitchell, Brandon Smith and Marlan Lester. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Marvin Nelson, William Cordill, Walter Cantrell and Terry Cantrell.
