Regina "Gina" Denise Estep Vandyke

Regina "Gina" Denise Estep Vandyke age 47 of Cedar Bluff, Virginia was surrounded by her family and friends as she drew her last breath here on earth and her first breath in heaven on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Regina had battled cancer for the last four years and God saw she was getting tired, so he gave her an ultimate healing by bringing her to heaven to join her mother. Regina was born on February 2, 1972 in Richlands, Virginia and was the daughter of James Estep and stepmother, Phyllis Estep of Grundy, Virginia and the late Geneva Bernice Wilson Estep. She was a graduate of Richlands Christian Academy and then attended SWVCC where she received an Associates Degree. Regina had worked at Kim’s Floral and The Lunch Box for several years and was a member of the Richlands Tabernacle Church. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister and friend and will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. Regina lived her life knowing that you alone cannot change the world, but you can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples. Special thanks to Dr. Bidros, Dr. Bhat and the staff of Clinch Valley Oncology Center. The funeral service for Regina D. Vandyke will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, August 16, 2019 at the Richlands Tabernacle in Richlands , Virginia with the Rev. Phillip Horton officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Roy Dale Keen, Nicholas Keen, Jamie Lint, Mark Hale, Cameron Smith, Bill Richardson, Terry Horne, Josh Justus and Chad Doyle. Honorary Pallbearers will be friends and loved ones of the Church, Dawson Smith, Connor Smith, Brett Houston and Luke Horne. The family will begin receiving friends Thursday evening at 6:00 pm at the Richlands Tabernacle in Richlands, Virginia.
