He was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, and friend. Born in Bluefield, WV, and raised in Tazewell, VA, David's life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his family and friends, his love for fishing, and his unique sense of humor that brought joy to all who knew him. David found immense joy in spending time with his family, especially playing games with his cherished daughter, niece, and nephew. His every action was motivated by his love for his family. He was an avid fisher, sharing countless memorable moments on the water with his father and loved ones every year. On June 27th, 2021, David married his best friend and the love of his life, He left behind his loving wife Hope Marrs Dale. Their love story is a testament to the bond they shared. David's passion extended to his loyal dogs, Cole, and Sasha and his close circle of friends. David leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his devoted mother, Lisa Sizemore Dale; his father, David Wayne Dale Sr.; his brother, Timothy Jay Dale; and his sister, Kari Leigh Dale. He was a proud father to his beloved daughter, Harmoni Jenkins, who he adored with all his heart. His niece, Ryleigh Annabelle Hass, and his nephew, Connor David-Scott Hass, were also dear to him. Additionally, his closest friend, Casey Sage Lugo, and his dear Aunt Kay Sizemore and Uncle Ronnie Sizemore held a special place in his heart. David was known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for those he loved. He was a man who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, and he provided a home to many of his friends when they needed it most. His ability to make people laugh and his dedication to standing up for his loved ones made him a pillar of strength for all who knew him. David's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s service will be at the graveside at 2:00 p.m. at the Dale family cemetery, (Stoney-Ridge) Mudfork Road, North Tazewell, Virginia. David’s pallbearers: Casey Lugo, Tyler Hass, Zane Billips, Timothy Dale, Mason Smith, Chris Dale and Charles Byrd, Gene Harley. David's memory will forever be cherished by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched. Those who knew him loved him, and he will be deeply missed.
