Lora Ellen Tolliver

Lora Ellen Tolliver, age 83, of Richlands, Virginia passed away Monday, August 11, 2014 at Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands Virginia. Ms. Tolliver was born in Tazewell County, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Floyd and Eliza Stacy Roberts. She a member of Trinity Assembly of Cedar Bluff, Virginia. Ms. Tolliver was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of the area. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Columbus Tolliver; one grandson, William Robert Reedy, II; four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by: Three Daughters: Kathy Anderson and husband, Danny of Pounding Mill, Virginia Connie Tolley and husband, Barry of Roanoke, Virginia Linda Sheally and husband, G.W. of Roanoke, Virginia One Sister, Lillie Horton of Richlands, Virginia Two Brothers: Clyde Roberts and wife, Jane of Richlands, Virginia Larry Roberts and wife, Jamie of Richlands, Virginia Seven Grandchildren: Danny Anderson, II and wife, Kathy of Pounding Mill, VA Bobby Stallard and wife, Marjorie of Bluefield, VA Jeffery Anderson and wife, Tylena of Pounding Mill, VA Yolonda Licea and husband, Michael of Rock Hill, SC Beth Jackson and husband, Rick of Bluefield, VA Kristy Northern and husband, Doug of Swords Creek, VA Shawn Reedy of Roanoke, VA Fourteen Great Grandchildren, Zakkary Rife, Mariah Northern, JT Anderson, Danny Anderson, III, Katie Anderson, Gabi Jackson, Gage Jackson, Riley Stallard, Robert Stallard, Dakota Webster, Ryan Siders, Blakely Licea, Taylor Licea and John Northern. Also surviving are a host of family and friends, the loving care of the staff of Helping Hands Home Health and Dr. Chaudry. Funeral services for Lora Ellen Tolliver will be conducted on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 11:00 am at Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with Rev. Rick Hearld and Rev. Max Linkous officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Pallbearers will be: Danny Anderson, II, Bobby Stallard, Jeffrey Anderson, Shawn Reedy, Zakkary Rife, JT Anderson, and Danny Anderson, III. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Wednesday evening.
