Mr. Richard ?Ricky? Kenneth Williams, age 49, of 4024 Cherry Creek Meadows of Dan, Virginia, died Saturday, January 31st, 2004 at his home. He was born in Florida and was a son of the late Joseph Monroe and Mary Louise Williams. He had made his home in Florida most of his life, living in Meadows of Dan, Virginia the past four years and was a former truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Lloyd Joseph Williams. His wife, Deanna Faye Williams also passed away Saturday, January 31st, 2004 at their home. Survivors include: One Daughter, Angela Kay Williams of Warren, Michigan, one step-daughter, Melinda Lankford , husband, Scottie Hardy of Richlands, VA Two Step-Sons, Brian Keen , fiancÚ, Sandra Bootes of Buffalo, New York and Joshua Keen , wife, Donna of Lebanon, Virginia Two Sisters, Minnie Pearl Petty and Katie Diane Lankford and husband, James all of Vesta, Virginia Four Step Grandchildren ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Mrs. Deanna Faye Williams, age 43 of 4024 Cherry Creek Meadows of Dan, Virginia, died Saturday, January 31st, 2004 at her home. She was born in Tazewell County, Virginia and was a daughter of the late Walter and Kathleen Hunt Lankford. She had lived at Meadows of Dan the past four years and was of the Holiness Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Lankford and one brother, Daniel Monroe Lankford. Her husband, Richard ?Ricky? Kenneth Williams also passed away Saturday, January 31st, 2004 at their home. Survivors include: One Daughter, Melinda Lankford, husband, Scottie Hardy of Richlands, Virginia Step-Daughter, Angela Kay Williams of Warren, Michigan Two Sons, Brian Keen, fiancÚ, Sandra Bootes of Buffalo, New York, Joshua Keen, wife, Donna of Lebanon, Virginia Five Sisters, Daisy Lester, husband, Dennis of Shortt Gap, Virginia, Shree Lester, husband, Ronnie of Shortt Gap, Virginia, Connie Keen of Richlands, Virginia, Hazel Selker, husband, Kent of Spring Hill, Florida, and Jody Mitchell of Jewell Ridge, Virginia. Five Brothers, Leslie Lankford of Tazewell, Virginia, Lloyd ?Hoppy? Lankford, wife, Hazel of Richlands, Virginia, Scott Lankford of Dade City, Florida, Don Lankford of Dade City, Florida, and Fonzie Lankford, wife, Tina of Stanton, Virginia Her Step Father, Samuel Jr. Lankford of Dade City, Florida, and four grandchildren, Courtney Lankford, Tiffany Hardy, Travis Jordan Keen, and Alexis Faith Keen. Joint funeral services for Mrs. Deanna Faye Williams and her husband, Mr. Richard ?Ricky? Kenneth Williams will be conducted Thursday, February 5, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands with Rev. Clarence Brown and Rev. Edward Hartman officiating. Interment will follow in the Hankins Cemetery in Richlands. Pallbearers will be: Josh Arnold, Jimmy Lester, Harold Lester, Roy Osborne, Jeff Cordle, Roy Byrd, Doug Casey, and T. J. Whited. Friends may call at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands one hour prior to the funeral services.
