Bryson Samuel Issac Childress, age 2, of Richlands, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Bryson was born on March 4, 2018 in Richlands, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Mark Artrip; and his great grandparents, Albert and Shirley Hill. Those left to cherish his memory include, His mother, Amy Hill of Richlands, Virginia; His father, Ricky Childress of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; Sisters, Shawntel Hill, Justice Hill, Brittany Childress, and Jessica Childress; Brothers, Marcus Hill and Ricky Childress; Uncles, T.J. Hill and wife, Chelsey Olbert Hill and wife, Angie Rocky Hill and wife, Donna “Golden Girls”, Mitzi Street, Leeann Hill, Tammy Hill, Janet Northern, Buffy Sargent, and Angel Stevens. Best friend, Carlee Garza; Special friend, Mitzy Street. Maternal grandmother, Roxie Artrip of Richlands, Virginia Paternal grandmother, Bonnie Rowe of Grundy, Virginia Paternal grandfather, Woodrow Childress of Cedar Bluff, Virginia. A funeral service for Bryson Samuel Issac Childress will be conducted at 1 PM on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia with Reverend Lucky Bunn officiating. Interment will follow at the Hill Family Cemetery in Red Ash, Virginia. Pallbearers will be T.J. Hill and Olbert Hill.
