Debbie Faye Cordle, age 62, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away Friday, March 18, 2022 in a Richlands, Virginia hospital. She was born in Richlands, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Curtis and Louise Rose Shortt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Cordle; daughter, Angel Cordle; son, Bobby William Cordle; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Mac Shelton. Survivors are: Daughter: Rebecca Martin and husband, Wayne of Richlands, Virginia Son: Michael Cordle and wife, Carrie of Bristol, Tennessee Sisters: Connie Cochran and husband, Danny of Wardell, Virginia Wanda Lester and husband, Junior of Richlands, Virginia Brenda Whitt and fiancée, David Hess of Jewell Ridge, Virginia Martha Ball of Richlands, Virginia Brother: Jeff Shortt and wife, Jennifer of Honaker, Virginia Grandchildren: Brooke Cordle, Sky Casey, Austin Martin, Autumn Casey, Kaylee White, Isabella Cordle, Connor Martin, and Emma Keen Great Grandchild: Alydia Jade Wingo Special Niece: Darlene Whitt Special Companion: Gracie Funeral services for Debbie Cordle will be conducted Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 2pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Danny Houchins and Rev. Jamie Horn officiating. Interment will follow at Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery at Richlands, Virginia. Pallbearers will be: Nick Cordle, Shawn Shelton, Doug Shelton, Kevin Miller, Brian Miller, Brandon Lawson, David Shelton, and Michael Paul. Honorary Pallbearer: Charlie Blankenship.
