Joyce E. Mason, age 71, of Richlands, VA, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, VA. Joyce was born on January 22, 1951 in War Eagle, WV and was the daughter of the late Robert and Thelma Sheppard Cline. She was a housewife and a lifelong resident of the area. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Bianca and Jenny; and a brother, Roger Cline. She is survived by: Three Daughters: Angela Marcum of Richlands, VA Jenny Sanchez of Palm Coast, FL Tracy Ferguson Son, Jerry Head and wife, Becca of Portland, TN Eight grandchildren and one on the way; and three great grandchildren. Three Sisters: Diane Falada of Huntsville, AL Phyllis Smith of Grundy, VA Teen Reyers of Chicago, IL Six Brothers: Billy Cline of Chicago, IL Clifford Cline of Richlands, VA Ronnie Cline of Wisconsin Jimmy Cline of Franklin, TN Terry Cline of Raymer, TN Robert Cline of Wisconsin Several nieces and nephews also survive along with a host of family and friends. Funeral services for Joyce E. Mason will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 4, 2022, at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with President Michael McClure officiating.
