Randall Wayne Nichols

Randall Wayne Nichols age 66 of Clintwood, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2020 in a Dickenson County hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born in Richlands, Virginia and was the son of the late Lloyd Nichols and Vernie Effler Nichols. After High School he attended Southwest Virginia Community College, he worked as an electrical repair man at Appliance Plus in Richlands, Virginia. Randall enjoyed being in the woods, and was an avid ginseng hunter, he was a lifelong resident of the area and will be truly missed. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ron Nichols, Dwrey Nichols and Danny Nichols. Those that remain to carry on his spirit are his: Daughter, Angie Nichols Boyd of Richlands, VA Son, Adam Nichols of Richlands, VA Sister, Judy Casteel and husband, Roger of Claypool Hill, VA Brother, Rick Nichols and companion Nancy, of Pounding Mill, VA Granddaughters, Abigail Boyd and Sydney Boyd A funeral service for Randall Nichols will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Brandon Hay officiating. The family will begin to receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening beginning at 5:00 pm.
